Special Goods Regulation Act

This law was voted in effect in Turn 96.
To protect the Union from external influences, and to maintain peace and order, some dangerous goods are regulated.
- Regulated goods may not be bought or sold on the Open Market.
- Regulated goods may not be sold to factions that are not Union Members
- Exceptions to this clause can be made either by vote, or by unanimous approval of the Cabinet
- Regulated goods may not be bought from factions that are not Union Members
